The continuous training and education of our own specialised staff and managers is of special importance to me. Thanks to the large number of apprentices in 11 different professions (our apprentices represent an average of 15 % of our staff), I am very confident for the future development.

After working in different industry sectors for 25 years, I am very grateful for gaining a new experience with FELUWA, i.e. working in a company which supports and promotes the manufacturing of complex machines in Germany with foresight and sustainability.

For me, engineering means curiosity and progress rolled into one: starting with the idea at the beginning and extending until the market launch of the product. Ever since my childhood I have been dealing with pumps.

Together with my committed team I was able to further develop the MULTISAFE® pumps to become the leading technology for the pumping of challenging media in various applications worldwide. We design and build pumps the size of a shoebox up to a single-family house – which is always an exciting process!

This is reflected in our patent applications and international awards. It makes me proud that we as technological leader now have the most extensive product portfolio in the market of diaphragm piston pumps.

New topics, such as the changing environmental awareness and the intelligent digital linkage of our pumps and processes for optimisation of the value chain of our customers, will be the next challenges which we are going to face together.

We benefit from 100 years of experience and expertise. The fact that 80 % of the pumps that we sell are based on constructions which we have developed within the past five years shows that we are excellently positioned for the future.

What mainly excites me about FELUWA is taking care of our customers – from the initial contact up to the commissioning. The different periods of our project initiations from two weeks up to several years require a combination of fast, short-term decisions and patience. Our safe, efficient and eco-friendly pumps are used all over the world.

The unique selling points of our pumps provide our customers with reliable and safe pump operation over periods of three or four decades. Actively communicating these benefits in an international market with varying intercultural challenges is my everyday motivation.

Thanks to our membership in the established and privately owned ARCA Flow Group based in the heart of Europe, we benefit from positive synergy effects.
